Etchings

A lot of my printwork is made from carving images into linoleum (known as relief or block printing) but recently I’ve really enjoyed 2 forms of etching: drypoint engraving (scratching into a perspex plate with a sharp tool) and saline solution etching (where a homemade acid solution etches into a metal plate with a design etched onto it). I hope you like both these new works – they are available in my online shop on Etsy. I am also offering direct sales of the goldfinch print at £60 (£5 off and making a £10 contribution to RSPB). Get in touch using skirridprintstudioATgmail.com if you’d like to arrange a direct sale.
